Reconciliation

'We feel morally ill because we became used to saying something different from what we thought. We learnt not to believe in anything, to ignore each other, to care only about ourselves. Concepts such as love, friendship, compassion, humility, or forgiveness lost thier depth and dimensions....a little ridiculous in the era of computers and spaceships'. - writer, playwright and first president of what is now the Czech Repubic, VACLAV HAVEL. (OFF THE EDGE, Nov 2007)

So true are the statements above which was broadcasted on New Years Day, 1990. Don't we feel like that today - 10 years later?
